Christmas in Drumraney N.S.

This Christmas, our school was full of fun, creativity, and festive spirit.

We were delighted to put on a production of Peter Pan in the Maryland Community Centre. All of the pupils worked extremely hard learning their lines, making props and artwork, and practising songs and actions. Their teamwork really shone through, and they treated us all to a truly spectacular performance.

We also held a Design a Door competition, where each class decorated a classroom door with Christmas-themed artwork. The winners were 3rd and 4th class, but every class put in a fantastic effort and the school looked wonderfully festive.

In addition, our students were busy in Santa’s Workshop, putting together hampers filled with food and goodies. These items were very kindly donated by parents and members of the local community. The hampers were then donated to St Vincent de Paul.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed so generously and helped make this Christmas such a special time in our school.
